Measure around your ribcage, looping through your back to just below your bust. Keep the tape measure as tight as possible, round the number to the closest measurement, this is your band size.
Cup (full chest circumference)
Measure the largest circumference of your chest, making sure the tape measure is close enough but not too tight. If it feels comfortable and fits well, that is your bust measurement.
