Every order is cut, finished and packed by hand at our workshop in Bali.

Shipping rates

• Indonesia — free shipping on every order, with no minimum.
• Rest of the world — free shipping on orders over USD 170.
• Below USD 170, DHL Express is calculated live at checkout. You see the exact cost before you pay — there is no surprise charge afterwards.

How long it takes

• Orders normally leave the workshop within a few working days. Weekends and Indonesian national holidays can add a little to that.
• Within Indonesia, delivery is usually a few days once the parcel has shipped.
• International delivery times vary by destination and by how quickly customs processes the parcel. Most shipments take a week or more; some countries clear customs considerably more slowly than others.
• Every shipment travels with a tracking number, which we email you as soon as the parcel leaves us.

Duties and customs

Import duties and taxes are set by your own country and are not included in the price you pay us. Where they apply, they are collected by the carrier or by customs on delivery. We cannot predict or refund them, and we cannot mark a parcel as a gift or understate its value.

Addresses

Please check your address carefully before paying. If something is wrong, write to us immediately — once a parcel has shipped we cannot redirect it. Parcels returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address can be resent, with the return and reshipping cost payable by you.
