Measuring waist circumference and hip circumference is essential for determining the appropriate underwear size. Here’s how these measurements are used:

Waist Circumference

This measurement is taken around the narrowest part of your waist, usually just above your belly button. It's important because it helps ensure that the waistband of the underwear fits comfortably without being too tight or too loose.

Hip Circumference

This measurement is taken around the widest part of your hips and buttocks. It ensures that the underwear fits properly around your hips and provides adequate coverage and comfort.

To measure these accurately :

• Use a soft measuring tape.
• For the waist, wrap the tape around your waist, parallel to the floor, at the narrowest point.
• For the hips, wrap the tape around the fullest part of your hips and buttocks, ensuring the tape is level and snug but not too tight.

These measurements can then be compared to the following size chart.
