Yes — we ship worldwide from Bali. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Within Indonesia, delivery is fast and often free during promotions.

Every piece is made when you order it. Production takes a few days, then shipping: 5–7 business days within Indonesia, 7–16 business days international. You will get a tracking link by email the moment it ships.

We produce each piece on demand in our Bali workshop. It means slightly longer waits than warehouse brands — and dramatically less waste, no dead stock, and a piece made just for you.

All payments are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Your bank converts automatically to your local currency at their current rate.

International prices do not include duties or taxes. If your country charges them, your local customs agency collects them on delivery — this is the buyer’s responsibility.

Use our Find My Size tool — one minute, two measurements, done. Our pieces fit true to size; if you are between sizes, size up for a relaxed fit or stay true for a secure swim fit.

Yes. Our recycled microfiber is quick-drying and chlorine/salt-friendly — the same piece works as underwear and swimwear. Beach in the morning, errands after.

Send us a clear photo of your cat via the Print Your Cat page. Our illustrators redraw it as a DOKOYO print, you approve the design, then we print, sew and ship it. Full behind-the-scenes in this article.

A sharp, well-lit photo where we can clearly see your cat’s face and markings. Phone photos are perfect. The more personality, the better the print.

Yes — we send you the design for approval before anything is printed, and revisions are part of the process, not an extra charge.

Yes: bralette, hipster, thong or highwaist — or a matching set. Multiple cats? Also yes. We do not judge; we celebrate.

Yes — add your custom sentence in the “order note” at cart and we print it on the waistband (recycled microfiber products only).

We are sorry! Send us a photo and your order number within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right — replacement or refund per our refund policy.

Contact us as soon as possible. Because each piece is made to order, we can usually only change or cancel before production starts — typically within 24 hours of ordering.

Cold or warm water (never hot), mild eco-friendly detergent, no bleach, no tumble drying. Air dry in shade. Treat it kindly and it will outlast your cat’s ninth life.
