Flat shipping rates for all international retail purchases are $20 USD per shipment for any quantity of items selected.
International delivery times may vary. Most shipments take more than a week or so. Much depends on import customs and how quickly they can process the goods. Canada, for instance, is often slower than most countries for customs clearance processing and often has long delays. Once an order has been shipped, delivery times in Indonesia are typically only a few days. Shipments normally go out in a couple of days, but there can be delays if ordered on the weekends, during national holidays, or in the case of natural disasters.
We ship with tracking numbers via Indonesian Air Post or other international shipping carriers. Although not all countries support domestic tracking options, such as the Australian Post and Canada Post, for example. Still, in the end, these countries post offices will confirm both the final delivery and the signature of the customer.

DOKOYO RETURN, CANCELLATION, AND REFUND

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can either return your order for a full refund or exchange it for something else. You can return or exchange your purchase for up to 30 days from the purchase date. Returned or exchanged products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging.
