Indonesia — free on every order, with no minimum.

Everywhere else — free on orders over USD 170. Below that, DHL Express is calculated live at checkout from the real weight of your parcel, so you see the exact cost before you pay. There is no surprise charge afterwards.

One DHL Express parcel carries up to 500 g for a single shipping charge. Our pieces weigh roughly 20 g to 95 g each depending on the style and the size, so one parcel usually holds somewhere between six and twenty of them.

Orders normally leave our workshop within a few working days. Weekends and national holidays can add a little to that. Every parcel ships with a tracking number, emailed to you when it leaves us.

International delivery times vary by destination and by how quickly customs processes the parcel.

Please double-check your delivery address before you place the order — we cannot be held responsible for an address entered incorrectly.

International prices do not include duties or import taxes. Where they apply, your local customs authority charges them when the parcel arrives, and they are the buyer’s responsibility. Many countries have a value below which nothing is charged; your local customs website is the reliable place to check.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order for a full refund or exchange it for something else, for up to 30 days from the purchase date.

Returned or exchanged items must be in the condition you received them, in their original packaging.

Write to us before sending anything back, so we can confirm the return address and the best way to ship it. Include your order number, and a photo if the problem is with the item itself.

We would much rather hear about a problem than have you quietly regret the purchase.
