We can change the size only if your order has not entered production yet. As our pieces are made on demand, please check your measurements and size carefully on Find My Size before placing your order. Once production has started, we may no longer be able to make changes.

Once we confirm the issue, we will arrange the return if required and send you a replacement or the correct item. Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy.
