Within Indonesia — yes, always, on every order, with no minimum. Worldwide, shipping is free on orders over USD 170. Below that, DHL Express is calculated live at checkout, so you see the exact cost before you pay. Full detail in our shipping policy.

It depends on your country and the weight of your parcel. One DHL parcel carries up to 500 g — roughly 10 to 20 pieces — for a single shipping charge, so adding another piece often costs nothing extra to ship. Your cart shows a live estimate for your country as you shop, and the exact figure is confirmed at checkout.

Yes — we ship worldwide from our Bali workshop, with DHL Express for international orders. Every parcel travels with a tracking number, emailed to you the moment it leaves us.

Every piece is made when you order it. Production takes a few days, then shipping: 5-7 business days within Indonesia, 7-10 business days international. You will get a tracking link by email the moment it ships.

We make every DOKOYO piece on demand in our Bali workshop - without slowing things down. Our production is built to move fast, so you get a piece made for you without the waste, overstock, or dead inventory of traditional production.

Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) — on every order, wherever you are. We show prices in your own currency while you shop so you always know what you are spending, and the exact Rupiah amount appears at checkout before you pay. Your card or PayPal converts it automatically at your bank’s rate, and we never add a fee of our own.

Visa and Mastercard, bank transfer and virtual account, QRIS, and e-wallets including OVO, DANA and ShopeePay — plus PayPal. Every transaction is encrypted, and we never see your card details.

International prices do not include duties or taxes. If your country charges them, your local customs agency collects them on delivery - this is the buyer’s responsibility.

Two established providers. Xendit handles cards, bank transfer, virtual account, QRIS and e-wallets such as OVO, DANA and ShopeePay. PayPal handles PayPal balance and PayPal-linked cards — the one most international customers use. Your payment goes straight to them over an encrypted connection.

No, and we cannot. Card numbers are entered on Shopify’s PCI-DSS compliant checkout and passed directly to the payment provider. What reaches us is a confirmation that payment succeeded, your name, and the address to ship to. Nothing else.

1. You review your cart — every price, the parcel weight and a shipping estimate are shown before you commit. 2. You enter your delivery address, and DHL Express rates are calculated live for that exact address. 3. You choose a payment method and pay. 4. An order confirmation reaches your inbox immediately. 5. We make your piece in Bali and email you a tracking link the moment it ships. Nothing is charged before step 3, and nothing is hidden until then.

It can differ by a small amount, and we would rather tell you than let it surprise you. Your bank or PayPal applies their own exchange rate at the moment they process the charge, and rates move. If the exact figure matters, your bank can confirm it for you.

The checkout is Shopify’s own, used by millions of stores worldwide, and your money is handled by Xendit and PayPal rather than by us. If a PayPal order ever goes wrong, PayPal’s buyer protection applies exactly as it would anywhere else. And there is always a real person on WhatsApp — before you order as well as after.

One piece, three jobs: swimwear, activewear and underwear. Our recycled microfiber is quick-drying and bonded rather than stitched, so it behaves the same wet or dry — swim in the morning, train in the afternoon, wear it under jeans that evening, no change of bag required.

One honest note: this applies to the printed recycled microfiber pieces. Our plain TENCEL™ range is built purely as underwear — see the fabric questions below.

They differ mainly in coverage, so pick by what you want the piece to do:

Thong — minimal coverage, high-cut leg. The one that disappears under anything close-fitting.
Hipster — full across the seat on a low, flat waistband. The everyday cut most people reach for first.
Highwaist — rises to the natural waist and smooths from hip to ribcage. The most coverage, and the least inclined to move.
Bralette — wire-free, pull-on, light and even support on a band that does not bite.

Every design is cut all four ways, so a matching set is always available.

Any of the printed recycled microfiber pieces — they are all made for it. For swimming specifically, the hipster and highwaist stay put best through diving and waves, while the thong is the one to choose for sunbathing without tan lines. The bralette pairs with all three.

Rinse in fresh water straight after a swim — salt and chlorine are what age swim fabric, far more than wear.

Yes — that is the third function. The fabric is quick-drying and moisture-moving, and the bonded edges mean nothing digs in when you move. For training, the highwaist and hipster are the ones that stay exactly where you put them.

Worth being straight with you about the bralette: it gives light, even support, which suits yoga, pilates, stretching, walking and travel. It is not built as a high-impact sports bra, and we would rather say so than have you discover it mid-run.

Use our Find My Size tool - only takes one minute to do. Our pieces fit true to size; if you are between sizes, size up for a relaxed fit or stay true for a secure swim fit.

Fewer than you might expect, and they differ by cut:

Thong — waist only. One measurement, done.
Hipster and Highwaist — waist and hips.
Bralette — underbust and bust.

It depends on the job you are buying it for, and this genuinely matters:

Size up for a relaxed everyday feel under clothes.
Stay true if you will swim or train in it — a secure fit is what keeps it in place in water and in movement.

Between about 20 g and 95 g depending on the style and size — a thong is around 25 g, a bralette around 60 g. The exact weight for the size you are looking at is shown under Fit & fabric on every product page, because it decides how many pieces travel together in one parcel.

Yes. Our recycled microfiber is quick-drying and made for the water — the same piece works as swimwear, activewear and underwear. Rinse it in fresh water straight after a swim and it will keep its colour and stretch far longer.

Yes, exactly. Every design is printed and cut four ways — thong, hipster, highwaist and bralette — from the same run of fabric, so a set matches properly rather than nearly. Mixing cuts within one print is entirely normal here.

Yes, support comes from the engineered construction and fabric, not wires. Gentle, even hold that is comfortable for all-day wear. More on the Tops guide.

Our prints are made with UV-resistant ink so they hold their colour in strong sun.

Send us a clear photo of your cat via the Print Your Cat page. Our application redraw it as a DOKOYO print, you approve the design, then we print, and ship it.

A sharp, well-lit photo where we can clearly see your cat’s face and markings. Phone photos are perfect.

Yes, add your custom sentence in the order note at cart and we print it on the waistband (recycled microfiber products only).

We can change the size only if your order has not entered production yet. As our pieces are made on demand, please check your measurements and size carefully on Find My Size before placing your order. Once production has started, we may no longer be able to make changes.

Please send us clear photos or videos of the issue, together with your order number, via WhatsApp or email info@dokoyo.com within 7 days of delivery.

Once we confirm the issue, we will arrange the return if required and send you a replacement or the correct item. Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy.

Contact us as soon as possible. Because each piece is made to order, we can usually only change or cancel before production starts — typically within 24 hours of ordering.

Cold or warm water (never hot), mild detergent, no bleach, no tumble drying. Air dry in shade. Treat it kindly and it will outlast your cat’s ninth life.

TENCEL™ Lyocell is a plant-based fiber spun from responsibly sourced wood pulp in a closed-loop process, where the solvent is recovered and reused rather than discharged. Ours is 85% TENCEL™ Lyocell with 15% elastane.

Choose it when you want the quietest possible underwear: naturally breathable, moisture-managing, and smooth enough that you stop noticing it. It is the plain end of DOKOYO — three colours, four cuts, no print. These are the ones that go under everything and outlast the week.

No — and we would rather tell you now than let you find out at the beach. TENCEL™ absorbs moisture instead of shedding it, which is exactly what makes it so comfortable as everyday underwear and exactly what makes it wrong for water. It stays heavy and takes a long time to dry.

The three-function claim belongs to the printed recycled microfiber pieces. If you want one piece that swims, trains and works as underwear, choose those.

Longer than they look like they should, and the care is what decides it. The prints use UV-resistant ink so they hold their colour in strong sun. What actually shortens the life of any swim fabric is salt, chlorine and heat — so rinse after swimming, wash cold by hand, and dry in the shade, never in a machine dryer.
