Underwear
Measuring waist circumference and hip circumference is essential for determining the appropriate underwear size. Here’s how these measurements are used:
Waist Circumference
This measurement is taken around the narrowest part of your waist, usually just above your belly button. It's important because it helps ensure that the waistband of the underwear fits comfortably without being too tight or too loose.
Hip Circumference
This measurement is taken around the widest part of your hips and buttocks. It ensures that the underwear fits properly around your hips and provides adequate coverage and comfort.
To measure these accurately :- Use a soft measuring tape.
- For the waist, wrap the tape around your waist, parallel to the floor, at the narrowest point.
- For the hips, wrap the tape around the fullest part of your hips and buttocks, ensuring the tape is level and snug but not too tight.
These measurements can then be compared to the following size chart.

Measuring cup size involves two key measurements:
FINDING YOUR UNDERBAND MEASUREMENT
Find your most accurate measurement by wearing a wired, non-padded bra. Snugly place the measuring tape around your back and directly under your bust, where the band of your bra sits. Make sure the measuring tape is parallel to the floor. If someone else is measuring you, keep your arms by your side. Exhale, pull the measuring tape snug, and record your measurement.
FINDING YOUR BUST MEASUREMENT
With your elbows down, place measuring tape across your back at band level, under each arm, and around the fullest part of your bust. Make sure the measuring tape is parallel to the floor. If someone else is measuring you, keep your arms by your side. Lightly pull the tape, breathe in and out, and record your measurement.
